I just love Bringer of Light Aromatherapy products.  I begin in the morning with the After Shower oil  The oil absorbs quickly and leave my skin soft and moist all day.  I also love the perfumes.  The fragrances are unique and it is fun not smelling like the person sitting next to me.  The fragrance leaves me feeling more centered and calm.  I also use the Tendonits Oil and Back Pain Oil when I have flare ups of pain in my elbow and back.  At those times, I use the oil morning and night.  Applying the oil just prior to working out seems to really relax my muscles and improve flexibility.
